Based out of Barboursville, West Virginia, O.W. is a ministry designed to steer today’s youth in the direction of Jesus Christ and disciple them in the Word of God. The emphasis of Operation: W.A.T.C.H. is the same as any other good ministry: Missions.  We believe that the heartbeat of God can be found in missions.  Statistics say that approximately 7 out of 10 missionaries never make it 5 years.   Our ministry is to show God’s work to young people by exposing them to the work of missionaries both in the United States and abroad.

As a part of the Gospel Preachers Association, O.W. has missionary contacts in many different countries including Wales, Brazil, Costa Rica, Grenada, Mexico, etc… It is our desire to use these young people, that are willing to step out of their comfort zone and into ministry to help encourage those missionaries that are already on the field.
